The feedback screen lets you view suggestions, questions, issues, and topics that visitors have submitted about your products or services, as well as anything the AI could not answer.

  • Automatically collects and displays feedback (suggestions, questions, issues) from visitors.
  • See questions the AI could not answer and topics that require further action.
  • Admins can use this information to improve the knowledge base and enhance products or services.
  • If a visitor requests "human support," you can also check those requests here.
