Manual Embedding in BASE

This guide explains how to manually embed a FormAgent.ai agent into your BASE shop using the HTML Tag Management App.

Prerequisites​

  • You have a running BASE shop (Sign up here)
  • You have a FormAgent.ai account and have obtained your Agent ID

Embedding Steps​

1. Install the HTML Tag Management App​

  1. Log in to your BASE admin dashboard.
  2. Go to HTMLタグ管理 App and click "Install" to add the app to your shop.

2. Add the FormAgent.ai Script​

  1. After installation, open the HTMLタグ管理 App from your BASE dashboard.
  2. Click to add a new tag (タグを登録する or similar button).
  3. For the tag name, enter formagent.
  4. In the tag content area, paste the following code, replacing YOUR_AGENT_ID with your actual Agent ID:

  1. Save your changes.

The FormAgent.ai chat widget will now be embedded on your BASE shop pages.

Troubleshooting​

  • If the chat widget does not appear, double-check your Agent ID and the script placement.
  • Clear your cache and reload the page.
